8:30 Depart campus for daily trip with coaches
9:00am-1:30pm Training with coaches
1:30 Return to campus
2:00-4:00 First block of classes
4:00-4:15  Break: free-time to skate, trampoline, practice on the dry slope, BMX
4:15-6:00 Second block of classes
6:00 Dinner
7:00-8:30 Mental/physical conditioning session
8:30-10:00 Free time and/or study hall
10:00pm Lights out
